Mediblink M480 produces aerosol particles with an average size of approximately 3.24 μm (MMAD). As a result, around 75% of the particles (PORR) reach the lower respiratory tract, ensuring more effective therapy and better utilization of the inhalation solution.

Thanks to its advanced ultrasonic technology, Mediblink M480 operates at a noise level of less than 34 dB, making nebulization significantly quieter than conventional compressor nebulizers. Long nebulization sessions can be uncomfortable, especially for young children. Mediblink M480 delivers the inhalation solution at a high nebulization rate of approximately 0.6 ml/min, helping to significantly reduce treatment time compared with many conventional nebulizers.

Using 5 ml of saline solution, a typical nebulization session takes only about 9 minutes at a nebulization rate of 0.6 ml/min.

Maintenance and cleaning

Mediblink ultrasonic nebulizer M480 is designed for quick and easy cleaning, making everyday maintenance simple and convenient.

After each use, clean the water reservoir and the transducer with a soft cloth moistened with 70% ethyl alcohol. Clean the top cover with a cloth dampened with water or vinegar to remove any residue. Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft cloth moistened with water and mild soap. Do not clean the main unit under running water or allow liquid to enter the device. For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to disinfect the accessories after each day of use. Use an alcohol-based medical disinfectant or 70% alcohol (or an alcohol-based disinfectant spray) to disinfect the accessories.
