Intended use: The product is intended for aerosol therapy. It converts liquid into a fine aerosol that the user inhales directly into the respiratory tract.   - Low nebulization rate (0,20 ml/min) - Recommended for young children up to 5 years of age, as well as elderly or weakened patients with low respiratory capacity (e.g., pediatric asthma, obstructive bronchiolitis, maintenance therapy). A lower rate allows sufficient time for slow inhalation so that aerosols reach the lower airways. If the rate is too high, it may trigger coughing, as particles impact the upper airways and fail to reach the lower airways, reducing therapy effectiveness.
  
  - Medium nebulization rate (0,30 ml/min) - Recommended for children over 5 years old, adults with normal breathing, and cooperative patients capable of deeper inhalation (e.g., asthma, COPD, bronchitis). 
  
  - High nebulization rate (0,40 ml/min) - Recommended for adults and older children, patients in acute respiratory distress, and targeted therapy of the upper airways (e.g., acute bronchospasm, severe asthma exacerbations, acute COPD exacerbation).

In mesh nebulizers, the mesh membrane is the most sensitive component and may clog over time. The M425 allows replacement of the mesh membrane only, without replacing the entire medication cup, as required by many other mesh nebulizers. This significantly reduces maintenance costs.

Content

Instructions for use

Pour saline solution or medication into the medication cup and close the lid.

Attach the adult mask, child mask, or mouthpiece to the nebulizer.

Press the power button to start the inhalation process. The main unit must be held upright or slightly tilted forward.

Press the power button again to adjust the nebulization rate. To turn off the device, press and hold the button.

Cleaning and disinfection

Cleaning and disinfection of the medical cup, mouthpiece and masks

Do not disassemble the quick-release nebulizing nozzle during cleaning and disinfection.

1. Remove the medication cup with the mesh membrane from the nebulizer.
2. Fill a clean container with purified water at a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
3. Open the lid of the medication cup.
4. Immerse the medication cup, mouthpiece, and mask in the water.
5. After soaking for 20 minutes, remove the components and wipe them with sterile medical gauze.
6. Replace the purified water with 75% medical alcohol and repeat the disinfection procedure.

After each use, ensure that the medication cup, mouthpiece, and mask are thoroughly cleaned. Allow the cleaned parts to air dry. Failure to clean and disinfect the components properly and regularly may lead to bacterial growth and increase the risk of infection.

Cleaning and disinfection of the main unit

1. Wipe the surface of the main unit with a damp piece of medical gauze.
2. Moisten another piece of gauze with 75% medical alcohol and wipe the surface of the main unit.
3. Dry the unit thoroughly with dry medical gauze.
